This is a difficult one, but suitable for all if you slow things down.

OK then, let’s do this…

  • x6 different exercises
    • single leg lever
    • side lunge
    • starfish on the right
    • chinnies
    • reverse lunge
    • starfish on the left
  • x3 rounds
  • 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest
  • 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest
