Round one will improve your strength, round 2 will improve your fitness.
Who can do it?
This is a difficult one, but suitable for all if you take it steady.
As long as you want it to take. No time limit.
OK then, let’s do this…
x16 reps, then x12 reps and finally x8 reps of each exercise. The first half is strength based, the second is fitness based.
The first batch of exercises are:
- Windscreen wipers
- Single leg squat thrusts
The second batch of exercises are:
- Squat thrusts
- Jumping lunges
