How long?

Approx 20 minutes

OK then, let’s do this…

This workout comes in 2 parts.

Part 1: x4 exercises done for x60, 45, 30, 15 seconds each. The exercises are:

  • Cannonball crunch
  • Reverse crunch
  • Situp punch
  • Front plank

Part 2: Tabata workout consisting of x2 exercises for 20 seconds of work, with 10 seconds of rest, done for a total of x8 rounds. The exercises are:

  • Flutter kicks
  • Single leg squat thrust
