Going through all the major muscles of the body, stretching them for about 10 seconds each.
- Quads (front of thighs)
- Hamstrings (back of thighs)
- Calves (back of the lower leg)
- Bums (I reckon you know where this is…)
- Pecs (chest)
- Lats (sides of body)
