A core or abs workout. It works your tummy muscles.
Who can do it?
This involves easier options and some harder versions of the exercises, so this workout is suitable for all.
How long?
Approx 10-15 minutes
OK then, let’s do this…
There are 2 sections to this workout.
In section 1, you will complete x16, 12, 8 reps of the following:
- Ab crunch
- Windscreen wipers
- Deadbug
In section 2, you will complete a Tabata superset. This means alternating between 2 different exercises. Doing x20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. You will complete a total of x8 rounds.
- Chinnies
- Plank up
