What it works…

An all over body workout that you complete with a partner. You can’t do this one solo, you need an extra body to work with!

Who can do it?

  • This can be tough when done correctly at a high pace – if you slow it down, anyone can complete it.
  • It helps (but not essential) to have a partner who is roughly the same size.

How long?

Approx 15-20 minutes.

OK then, let’s do this…

In section 1, you will complete 2 rounds of each exercise for 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest.

  • Choo choo trains
  • Back to back situp and stand
  • Plank claps
  • Situp claps
  • Squat claps

In section 2, you will again complete 2 rounds of each exercise for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest.

  • Rev crunch with anchor
  • In place lunge
  • Partner dips
  • Jump over
