Full body workout consisting of strength at the start and fitness at the end.
Who can do it?
Depending on how fast and hard you go, this is suitable for beginners and more advanced.

OK then, let’s do this…
The strength section is a time based pyramid. So you do 10 seconds of each exercise, then 20, 30, 20 and finally 10 seconds again. The exercises are:
- Press ups
- Skater lunge
- Single leg glute bridge
The fitness section follows a ladder format. So with a quick 10 second break between exercises, you complete x10 seconds, then 20 and finally 30 seconds of each of the following exercises:
- Fast feet
- Crunch and punch
- Elbow knee twists
