Workout With Us are a series of workout videos for you to follow and join in with. Using these, you can “build your own” workout by combining warmup, strength, cardio and cool downs, depending on your goals and lifestyle.

Anyone as long as they have a resistance band like the ones we are using. But suitable for all.

OK then, let’s do this…
We are showing this workout because one of our subscribers mentioned they were away with work a lot. And they would end up living in hotel rooms or B&B’s and they wouldn’t have much room. So if you find yourself with only a small amount of room, this is for you! We are using resistance bands to help add variety to the workout. These are cheap to buy, are very very portable and we recommend them to anyone who finds themselves away from a gym.
This is a two part workout.
Part one – Superset the following exercises for x3 rounds. Round one consists of x40 seconds of work with x20 seconds of rest. Round two is x45 seconds work with x15 seconds rest. Round three is x50 seconds work with x10 seconds rest. The exercises are:
Part two – We do these 3 exercises as a pyramid set. So the rounds will last x10, x15, x20, x25, x20, x15 and x10 seconds. The exercises are:
