The monthly challenge gives you a specific goal or target to aim at over a month. Over this 4 weeks, you can set a benchmark, work hard and see real improvement at the end.
How will this challenge help you?
Help you get abs/buns/guns of steel!
Daily accumulation. You just accumulate the number of reps each and every day for the whole month.
This is the March 100!
Each day, aim to accumulate x100 reps of “something”. That “something” is up to you and you can change it at any time through the month….but you still do x100 each day. Some examples of what they could be include:
- x100 core exercises on Monday
- x100 pressups on Tuesday
- x100 squats on Wednesday
- x100 burpees on Thursday
- x100 hops/skips/jumps on Friday
- x100…..whatever you decide!
You get the idea? You choose what you are going to do x100 of each day in March, and then accumulate them throughout the day. They don’t need to be all done at the same time (unless you want to). They might be spread out throughout the day…some in the morning, others in the afternoon and the final ones in the evening.
So decide what you want to do each day this coming month and announce it on the Peer Support group. There we can help each other and be awesome!
