Workout With Us are a series of workout videos for you to follow and join in with. Using these, you can “build your own” workout by combining warmup, strength, cardio and cool downs, depending on your goals and lifestyle.

I like this simple one! We got x5 different exercises and we got 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. In the first round, we will do all 5 exercises. In the second round we will only do 4 exercises and in the third and final round we will only do 3 exercises. And the exercises are:
