Workout With Us are a series of workout videos for you to follow and join in with. Using these, you can “build your own” workout by combining warmup, strength, cardio and cool downs, depending on your goals and lifestyle.

This workout has 2 parts…

Part 1

x4 rounds, being:

  • Round 1 – 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Round 2 – 40 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Round 3 – 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Round 4 – 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest

And the exercises are:

Part 2

A Tabata Superset. Meaning x8 rounds of x2 different exercises. Each round will be x20 seconds of work and x10 seconds of rest, and the exercises are:
