Sometimes we just need some quick, simple instructions to tell us to get in gear and move. Say hello to the Weekly Workout Plan!

Nothing fancy, just follow the instructions, do as it says and work as hard as you can. Once you have finished, feel free to crack on with the rest of your day and enjoy!

So here goes….

Make sure you are safe doing these workouts. We have workouts aimed at various ability levels, so if you find one too difficult to do properly, swap it to an easier one.

What is it good for?

Working the whole body when you are stuck indoors…

Equipment needed

None! Well, maybe the timer on your phone/watch.


Basic home circuit.


This is a simple home workout circuit. If we end up stuck at home over the next few weeks, this is just one way we can still exercise our whole body.

There are x3 rounds of x4 exercises. Do each exercise for 60 seconds and then have a short rest (usually between 20-40 seconds) before moving onto the next exercise.

Once you have completed each round, take 60 seconds to rest before starting your next round.
