Anyone as long as they have a partner to do it with…you can’t do this one solo!
How long?
Approx 15 minutes
OK then, let’s do this…
You need a partner to do this workout, so grab someone and get ready!
This workout is nice and simple…x3 rounds of x5 exercises and you do each exercise for x1 minute each. And the exercises are:
- Choo choo trains
- Wheelbarrow squats
- Back to back sit down stand up
- Situp and clap
