What's it for?

Strengthening legs.

Top tips

  • Start and end in an upright standing position.
  • Jump up slightly, widen your stance to approx shoulder width apart and land softly into a strong squat.
    • Sit the bum back and down.
    • Keep the feet and back flat.
  • Jump back up into a standing position with your feet approx hip width apart.
