OK then, let’s do this…
2 sections to this workout. Section 1 is a Tabata Superset. So x8 rounds of 20 seconds work, followed by 10 seconds rest. The first 2 exercises are:
- 3 punch combo
And for the second section, the 2 exercises are:
- Knee unders
- Side lunge
