OK then, let’s do this…
For this workout we have x3 rounds of x4 exercises, all using a resistance band. So get your band out of storage and give it a go! Round 1 consists of 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest. Roud 2 is 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest. Round 3 is 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest. And the exercises are:
