Workout With Us are a series of workout videos for you to follow and join in with. Using these, you can “build your own” workout by combining warmup, strength, cardio and cool downs, depending on your goals and lifestyle.

OK then, let’s do this…

For this workout, we have x6 exercises we will do for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. But each round, we eliminate an exercise, so things get easier! The exercises are:

  • 1 leg lever
  • Sit up and punch
  • Jumping jack
  • Press up
  • Windscreen wipers
  • Front plank toe touch
