The monthly challenge gives you a specific goal or target to aim at over a month. Over this 4(ish) weeks, you can set a benchmark, work hard and see real improvement at the end.
How will this challenge help you?
Encourages you to do something every day. And as we know…we get good at what we do…
Entirely down to you. Take a look around you and use whatever you have handy!
Daily accumulation. You just accumulate either 1, 2, 3 or 4 minutes each day in June.
Choose your own exercise. Yep, it can be anything at all! If you want some inspiration, take a look at our video gallery of exercises by clicking here. It can be the same exercise through the whole month (might get a bit dull though), or you might change it every few days.
Then every day in week 1, you accumulate x1 minute of your chosen exercise. You can do it at any time of the day, but I advise getting it over and done with before midday. Otherwise it tends to just hang over you and eventually not get done.
For week 2, accumulate x2 minutes each day.
For week 3, accumulate x3 minutes each day (do you see a pattern forming here?)
And finally, for week 4, accumulate x4 minutes each day.
