2 parts to this workout.

Part 1 – we have x4 exercises and x3 rounds.

  • Round 1 – 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.
  • Round 2 – 60 seconds of work, zero rest.
  • Round 3 – 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest again.

Part 2 we have x2 exercises of x20 seconds work, 10 seconds of rest.
