How will this challenge help you?
Just going through the motions will only get you so far. Taking time to look at what we have done and see how we can improve, even if just a little bit, is worth it’s weight in gold.
Pen and paper or an app to take notes.
Daily time for yourself and your future.
Dead simple. Every day, put aside 10-20 minutes to “move” in any way you want. It could be:
- Go for a walk
- Go for a jog
- Go for a ride
- Go out with the dog/friend/family
- Do some stretching
- Do some weights
- Do some technique work
Anything, but deliberately take that time out to do it each day. Then at the end, go over how things have gone since you did it yesterday. Identify:
- What has gone well
- What has not gone so well
- If you did it again, what would you do differently
