For this workout, we has x5 rounds of x6 exercises. Round 1 is 20 seconds, round 2 is 40 seconds, round 3 is 60 seconds, round 4 is 40 seconds and round 5 is 20 seconds again. And the exercises are:
- Single leg lever
- Side plank
- Squat walkout
