What it works...

An all over body workout that you complete with a partner. You can't do this one solo, you need an extra body to work with!

Who can do it?

  • This can be tough when done correctly at a high pace - if you slow it down, anyone can complete it.
  • It helps (but not essential) to have a partner who is roughly the same size.

How long?

Approx 15-20 minutes.
