  • Interlock your arms together
  • Push back against eachothers backs and slowly sit down under control
  • Pushing hard against each others backs, work together and stand up.

  • This can be tough when done correctly at a high pace - if you slow it down, anyone can complete it.
  • It helps (but not essential) to have a partner who is roughly the same size.
