Ideal for people who need a helping hand to start changing their lives for the better. The First Step programme helps you get your head in the right place and realise you are able to improve your eating and exercise habits…you can do this!

The programme starts on the first Monday of each month at 9:30am.

  • 3 week online programme for small groups (5 people) or individuals.
  • Set yourself up for eating and exercise success.
  • Full coaching to teach you:
    • To identify what you actually want to do.
    • What is stopping you from doing it.
    • How to overcome these and other barriers to you achieving your goal.
  • 1 hour virtual meeting each week.
  • Simple homework to keep you on track through the week.
  • Only £30 for the 3 week group programme.
